Silver Needle (Bai Hao Yin Zhen) is the premium grade of classic white tea and consists only of the first flush spring buds of the tea plant.  Refreshing, soft and subtle with sweet flavors, smooth white tea body.

Water: 185°F / Leaves: 1 tablespoon per 8 ounces / Infusion Time: 2–4 minutes.
