Freshly picked jasmine flowers snuggle with green tea leaves until the scent is thoroughly absorbed and then the fragile leaves are hand rolled into tiny pearls for this wonderful tea. Fragrant cup with a light yellow liquor.

Water: 185°F / Leaves: 1 tablespoon per 8 ounces / Infusion Time: 2–3 minutes .
